Legal Aid shall be made available to those who lack sufficient resources.
Legal Aid shall cover, in whole or in part, the costs involved in legal assistance and representation by a lawyer/solicitor in proceedings before the Tribunal.
This Aid is guaranteed by State.

Legal expenses insurance helps you in a legal dispute. It is a particular class of insurance which facilitates access to law and justice by covering legal costs of a dispute.
You will be informed of fees at the initial consultation.
